Shent operates across multiple divisions including real estate, logistics, digital services, capsule houses, retail products, and investments. Through the Site, we may offer:

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Store Orders: Physical products are shipped to the address provided. Digital products are delivered electronically. Shipping times and costs vary.
• Subscriptions: Recurring charges apply based on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Event Tickets: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events.
• Bookings: Booking fees are charged at the time of booking. Cancellation policies are stated at the time of booking.
• Tips: Tips and donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by service:

• Store orders for physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• Subscription refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Event tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by us.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Tenant and Property Services

Property management services are governed by the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act and applicable regulations. Lease agreements, tenant rights, and landlord obligations are subject to those laws. These Terms do not supersede any rights or obligations under the Residential Tenancy Act.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

9. Limitation of Liability
